Fellas.

This article is not a campaign to get the guy the MVP.

Instead, it's how more athletes should act, IMO. I know the whole Charles Barkley role model thing (which we can debate another time)...but thought this was a pretty cool story.

I know that a lot of guys do things that no one sees, which is cool in its own right, and I certainly don't think Peterson was looking for publicity out of it, but pretty cool nonetheless.

As far as the AP arrest, I heard it was basically, go get the really famous guy. I remember because his response was a Churchill quote I believe, "A lie gets halfway around the world before the Truth has a chance to get its pants on." He turned out to be a total bystander I believe. The slave comment, I agree totally dumb, but there are not many good character athletes these days so when one seems pretty legit, give him a chance. Arian Foster, didn't know he was such a good guy. Wow.
