a split vote today 25 mins ago 10-10 has the fb bill in a bad shape to get off the floor,it was thought that it would pass 8-2 7-3,but after nv reps showed that it was not going to help out by hurting nv was agreed by half the comitte saying that it singles out nv and hurts jobs,nv rep reed said nv will sue the us if this bill becomes law. the 21 st vote sent in by proxy got in 10mins late and was a vote to kill the bill was counted as a no vote because it was late.
also if the bill would pass but it wont get off floor nv books can sue the us under a rule called takings hard to explain but in shot it means that the us government cost a company money and the us would have to pay a huge adjusted price to nv casinos, people backing the bill are in shock but like it was stated on floor this has nothing to do with federal goverenment it has to do with state rights and under the constatution it would be against the law foe the us to tell nv what to do,and that is why the big swing today.it violates the 10th adm against the state of nv.

Fletch you are wright on. Its like the Senator from Aalaska. He said no one can tell the oil companies from his state where they have to sell there oil. So they don't. They sell 25% to Asia. Its the states have rights act.
