Actual Tip times (is there a site?)

Is there a site that will record the actual tip times of games? Even if they are posted after the fact.

I go through this every year with my local....the times listed on CBS or scoresandodds are merely estimated times. I am looking for a definitive posted time for when the tipoffs take place.

I think we have all been there, where we don't want to lay a wager until the earlier game has concluded. But with several games stacked on one court, the tip times are often thrown off by an overtime. Of course, if I place a bet later than the 'estimated time', my local calls it off.

So if I can point him to a site with actual tip times, it will help my cause.

Anyone?

Thanks in advance

i would think the sportsbooks like cris / olympic / pinnacle would help you out when logged in...if there is a delay after a first game for example with OT etc...they will be right on top of it.

I think you are correct, but then we would need the time the other game ended. :(

henderson,nv.
games start I think the playoff rule is 25 mins after first game is over then 2nd game starts here in vegas it makes it nice because they don't take games off at start time like some off shore books do and then never put them back up. but think someone posted this rule last year that has something to do with running of the games or was a hoops coach in ncaawill try to think of his name but he posted the whole rule from the tourney hand book and almost sure it was 25 mins, now i don't know if it changes each year i know in ncaa baseball there was always changes added year to year in the regional book we would get. sill sit down and try to think who the guy was he posted a lot have not seen much this year or could remember. but i think it is 25 mins. not for sure but it is not off much

Thanks Fletcher. This helps, but good luck explaining it to my local. I guess I just need to make sure I get my bets in before the posted time.

I thought there may be a sight out there somewhere that identified exactly when the game tips off so that I could wait until the last second to call in my action....that way I can fully utilize all of the madjackers excellent insights before making my plays-some of which comes in well after the 'posted' tip times for these games, but before the game actually tips off.

Thanks
