Added bonus for TopBet Players

This bonus is awarded as a cash bonus, but the player does have to have a balance equal to or higher than the bonus, to use it. For example if I have $10 in bonus money in my account I need to have $10 in real money in order to use the bonus.
The customer service rep i tried to speak with
was just brutal. Will try again on Wednesday or
Thursday to make a deposit.
I would ask this guy a question about one thing
and he would answer about something entirely
