Here
dobe has done it again and there is a drive-by flash exploit being used to infect systems with ransomware, a virus that will lock/encrypt the system.

If using Chrome paste this in url bar to make sure it is updated - chrome://help/ Click About to check if Chrome is up to date.

If using Edge go here for instructions to enable/disable flash https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player...s-10-edge.html microsoft will be pushing updates to Edge flash.

Edit for Edge/latest IE- embedded flash should be automatically updated when launched. If you do not use Edge/IE follow directions above to disable embedded flash.

If using anything else go here - https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Make sure you have the latest version of Flash.

If you are using Chrome exclusively you do not need Adobe flash installed at all. If it is installed just get rid of it here - https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player...r-windows.html

If you are on XP you should only be using Firefox. Link and basic instruction for FireFox on XP service pack 3 here - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb...ndows-xp-vista
Chrome is no longer supported on XP and is outdated.
