Just wondering who everyone likes to win STRAIGHT UP tomorrow, in other words who will be good moneyline picks, and why they think so. I like the Ravens in what is essentially a must win game at home. Thanks madjackers!

i think the ravens could lose outright. steelers look to be a live dog. theres never a sure thing in the nfl. not sure why, but for some reason i think minnesota will get that W easily. zona normally a dangerous home team but it seems theyre content to mail it in.

gman,
thanks for the input! Your points are well taken regarding the steelers... the always play the Ravens tough, but with the Ravens most likely playing for the playoff spot and big time revenge going on after losing the last couple meetings, I just can't see how Ray Lewis and company could lose this at home. Just my thought... I think most likely it's a close game, but I think a Ravens blowout is more likely than a Ravens loss. Just my 2 cents, I'm probably wrong.

you sound like a ravens fan :D
must win or not, pittsburgh has dominated baltimore, winning 6 of the last 7 straight up. no way could i trust anthony wright in a must-win game. if baltimore wins this game by 10 or more id be very very surprised. baltimore just doesnt match up well with pittsburgh and its been like that for 3 or 4 yrs now. although id much rather be in your position (pulling for the ravens) as opposed to mine (watching the browns on a weekly basis)

gman,
You definitely make good points, and Peter Boulware is out for the Ravens. I just think the Ravens will come to play, I'll probably stay away from the moneyline and be content with my home team going to the playoffs! :)

I would'nt bet on Baltimore until you know the Bengals are going to win. If Cincy loses then Baltimore is in playoffs no matter what?

I would hate to be laying 8 points in a meaningless game for Baltimore..............

This is not necessarily a must-win situation. If Cinci loses in the afternoon, the Ravens are in. Then the only thing on their mind will be getting Lewis the rushing record, if that's the case. Which they may do even if it costs them a win. I wouldn't want to be laying a TD with a team that is just trying to set a rushing record.
