Advice on paypal...

Just was wondering to those who use it to fund Accts if ever had any trouble using them by way of funding through checking acct # or other, what is the best way to fund through them in your opinion..

no problem ever. i use my checking backed up by CC. been using them for 1.5 years with sportsbooks, ebay and other things. great service, imo. never a problem.

i use a separate checking account for paypal only.

I have a verified acct through PayPal, and I have used it several times to fund books. Very easy to do. Usually very fast to get paid out too the same way. I've never paid a fee for a deposit or withdrawal this way either.

I have never had a problem with paypal, but I know some have. One guy even set up a website www.paypalsucks.com where he extolls the horrors of paypal, so you might check that out. I would recommend this method though, I've never had a problem. Much easier than taking cash down to WU.

Paypal is good. Never had a problem, but it makes sense to take simple precautions.

Open a seperate account for Paypal only, Keep money in it only when transfering in/out of Paypal.

Ths site mentioned by Sixfive deals almost exclusively with people using Paypal at auctions!

I also have a Paypal debit card, so I can get to my funds almost instantly!

I only wish Pinnacle accepted Paypal!

It's NUMERO UNO! I transfer funds in and out of PayPal using checking acct. as well as savings. I had 97 transactions in 2001 involving a little less than 20 g's and never ONCE had a prob. Keep in mind that each account is insured up to 100k by Traveler's Insurance, and ya also earn interest on the money you keep in there. Got me a PayPal debit card as well....The majority of books accepting PayPal now b/c it's fast, safe, and guaranteed...
