What you need to know:

Bachelor Party in June:

Poolside during the day. Spend a little money as a group to get a cabana if its in your budget. This is where your nights are going to get planned anyways... Budget money for bottles and make sure your closers get the meeting times and places correct...

night life: Tryst, Tao, Playboy club

It's worth it to set up VIP at Tryst or Tao or whatever night club you choose. Not knowing your numbers, and couple hundie in a tip can get you escorted from the hotel via limo through the front door with just two hand shakes by a handler (who you pay and their contact doorman who they bribe... its the Vegas double and entertainment in Vegas is built on this principle. It could save you hours of waiting in line with your boys... and who has time to wait when you only have 72 hours...

Poker rooms: Bellagio, Venetian, Wynn... also Aria has a classy new joint (best part to me is the comfy seats and the hands on those massueses)

Also, don't know your groups age demographic, but the younger folk enjoy the Sunday scene at the Hard Rock pool, aka Rehab.

Last thing... I don't do this if I'm there for a serious weekend of gambling, but if I'm there to party with a group, I go pretty much everywhere with a flask in my back pocket... helps to strengthen some of those weak drinks you get on the gambling floor and can even save you some money if you're in a spot where drinks are in that 10-15 range, which is pretty much everywhere when you go out to a club in vegas. Also, when buying booze or cigs, it's worth finding an actual liquor store or 7-11 nearby where you're staying. Any shop you go inside a hotel/casino to get those things you're gettin' fleeced. Enjoy you trip!

Should also add that the Sportsbook and Poker Room at the Mirage are nice as well. You can find a nice variety of games and daily tournaments on the weekends at their card room.

Yeah, the big thing is knowing your budget and who you're with. There will be a couple guys in your group who will be throwing around cash like it's going out of style, and then others who are the complete opposite. Find the middle ground, and go from there.

Liked the Sportsbook at the Palazzo, kind of posh, but cool place, unlike any of the other one's there. And agree with buying booze cheap if you're gonna be cruising up and down the strip. I know Planet Hollywood's "mall" area section has a place where you can get cheap stuff.
