Can't say I'm with you on my dons in perth, Incentive. Think freo get there first finals win in a close one (3-4 goals) on friday night. Would love to be wrong on this one though. Think Adelaide takes care of West Coast comfortably and Port follow suit against the swans. Bris/Coll would have to be the most anticipated game of the week and for good reason. Looking forward to seeing some lines.

Good to hear pawa. If, and only if, I was a betting man I would predict that the system likes Brisbane and the 2 adelaide teams. Looking forward to seeing what it likes mate.
The system should love Adelaide, they usually come out very strong after the derby. Why does everyone like brisbane out of interest?

Incentive, in short, the lions recent record against the pies and their form when the big occassion arises as is the case this weekend are 2 big reasons I can think of.
O'Loughlin and Wirrapunda out for there respective clubs all but assures the 2 adelaide teams of a win in week 1. Loading up here on a money line parlay. Ess/Freo will be too close to call for mine but I think freo gets it done. Will be staying clear of this one and would love nothing more than to be wrong here and see my bombers roll in to next week. Bris/Coll should be a classic and I hope you guys have a good time watching the game as I will not have that option considering I'm currently back in Texas. Have a cold XXXX for me though (even if you do live in NSW or Vic). Like brisbane to continue their form against the pies and host a preliminary final at the gabba in a couple of weeks. GL all for the weekend.

You're right Incentive. I forgot how screwed up the finals system was. Either that or I've been out of the country 3 weeks too long.
They need to amend that finals structure asap as it is definitely not fair to interstate teams at the minute. Dons up by 44 at the end of the third term. Hope you guys fired at it. Have a good time at the bris/coll game incentive.

Up the f**king dons! Very happy at the minute Incentive as I really didn't think they could pull it off. But like we've seen it times past, finals football is a different story. Wish I could have seen the game but had to limit myself to computer updates. They show the game of the week every thurs. night with 4-5 minute highlights of all the other games after it. The only game we can get live over here is the grand final which sux but there's not much I can do about it unfortunately. For anyone in the states that wants to watch any aussie footy you can see it on extended cable on fox sports world(channel 273). A full weeks rest for the dons and then most likely Sydney next week- bring on the swans!
What an absolute shocker- port losing in yet another home final. I thought that surely it was time for them to take the next step as we all did but full credit to the swans. A few early twists and turns in week one of this years finals series is making things very interesting. On to next week.
