Going to start posting what I believe is the best play for the day. Will give a writeup on why I like the play since a pick with no writeup from a new poster is basically worthless. Most of my plays will be for 1 unit and once in a while will go up to 2 units if I really like a game.
Arizona -128 1 unit play
Arizona has been a surprise this year in 2nd place only a 1/2 game behind Colorado. Juan Cruz is pitching for the DiamondBacks and he has looked good for them with a 1-0 record with a 2.05 era this year. He is making his 3rd start of the year and is 1-0 with a .90 era as a starter. Oliver Perez has looked like crap this year. He is 1-5 with a 7.74 era and in 32.2 inning has given up 27 walks, 42 hits, and 9 home runs. Last 3 starts he is 0-3 with a 9.24 era and career against Arizona Perez is 1-4 with a 6.15 era. Nice to have afternoon action to follow while at work, let's cash this ticket today guys! :mj06:
