Most places had a stay at home back in late March or early April last year. That "lockdown" still wasn't a lockdown because you could still shop, travel, etc.
Sweden has already said their "do nothing / herd immunity" approach was a mistake.
I was just in 4 towns for work over the last month. The only one that had anything close to a restriction was Chicago, which prohibited indoor dining. ATL and Columbus GA: "where a mask if you have symptoms" (so stupid). Chicago suburb Buffalo Grove: where a mask in public.
The month before, I was in Tampa. They aren't doing shit.
