Could use a little help here.

Had the over (7.5) straight in the Royals/Mariners game last night.

Also did a 6 team parlay featuring 5 winners plus the Royals.

I placed both of these wagers early in the day, when Hernandez was listed as the starter for KC.

Hernandez doesn't pitch. Royals lose, but game goes over.

To my dismay, I checked my acct. this morning and found that my over play was deemed "no action" because of the pitching change, but the Royals were counted as a loss in my parlay.

So I get screwed both ways here. Are these standard rules when it comes to late pitching changes, or did I get taken here?

Any help would be much appreciated fellas.

Should be no action on both side and total on the royals game. It may just be a grading error. I would call the book and get it corrected.

What book did you play the parlay at? Some books have different rules on pitching changes with the whole action, listed pitcher etc....

For example I had the Yankees yesterday morning at +195 & over 8 +06 but with the pitching change my play was no action on the total & readjusted to the opening price with the pitching change since that is their policy.

I think if there is a pitching change on a game all action should be cancelled on both side and total. If one or the other is in a Parlay you just adjust the odds on the parlay like the plays where not even there. IMO... but now a days everyone has there rules:rolleyes:

Unless you listed your pitchers, you have an action bet, which means if there is a pitching change, they bet still stands and they adjust the line accordingly on the sides. All totals bets are cancelled. I believe this is standard practice at all books. Hope this helps. I'm sure it's not what you wanted to hear.

Hope I can shed some Light on this..

IN A parlay everything MUST happen as is listed. If you had the ML, Then Game is "action" regardless of who pitches. If you had the "RL" Then your bet is "No action" if you had the SL your bet is "no action"

Reason being in a Parlay the RL the Pitcher MUST START In order for there to be action the same for the scoreline.

The ML is Only "ACTION" Regardless of who pitches. You probably had the ML from I can tell, if you didn't then your bet should be "NO ACTION" and call the Book and have them fix the error...

Hope this helps...
