Corpus is laid out pretty well, lot's of alternative routes, granted they are long but you can always avoid the traffic by taking the Mustang island route or the loop (every major TX city has at least one loop). Brownsville/Harligen....most folks probably walk....across the bridge that is, the only way that you know that you are still in the US is by the street signs. As far as Dallas and Houston and Dallas being above some of the other cities I disagree. I Houston there is about a 2 hr. window when you can travel traffic free and Dallas is about the same.

Sparta, TN
I think this list loses all credibility by placing Atlanta at #20. It should be at the bottom with LA. The traffic in Atlanta is horrible...to put it lightly.

Too close to Wisconsin
Didn't read how they determined this but I can't imagine that New Orleans is an easier place to drive around in than Anchorage, excluding the snow issue.

Never thought Atlanta was that bad but never thought Milwaukee was either and that was 62nd.

Nice score, LA - 0.0
