I agree with bean counter but for different reasons... I don't look down on the use of gear but there is a wrong way and a right way to do it... If you are asking questions about it in a gambling forum, then I know that you shouldn't be using them... A Steroid is not a magic pill (or shot) that you take and it replaces years of bad diet, little or no exercise, improper rest and poor form in the gym.. It just doesn't work that way but you'd be suprised at the number of people that think it does.. Hit the gym hard, rest (you are growing when you are resting NOT WORKING OUT) , get on a good diet (at least 1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight) and take good supplements ... Use multi-vitamin, Glutamine (most abundant free amino in your body), a protein supplement (whey protein) and drink plenty of water... The key to achieving your goals in the gym is consistency.. bottom line..
