Anders?

Anders has said in a message somewhere on this board that he is having surgery. I am not sure how serious this is or how long he will be in the hospital.

Anyone with some information that would help me locate him please send and e mail to jrsdc3@aol.com

I would be interested in sending him some flowers(or a cactus garden from Arizona..don't even know if NZ would allow it's entry) All I need is a name and a hospital name.

And if this is inappropriate... and you know Anders... and know that he would rather not be bothered or have his anonymity "blown" let me know.. And I will cease and desist.

Just attempting to express a token of my gratitude for his friendship and help in picking winners.

In doing a web search I came up with a Trevor Anders who appears to be a journalist in New Zealand. With my luck probably one of hundreds of Trevors who are journalists! NO IDEA

Will do. I did hear that the surgery is not that serious and that he has had it already and should be home by now recuperating.

I am relieved to hear that the surgery was not that serious (although I do consider any surgery that requires a general anesthetic to at least be cause for "some" concern) and that he should be home recuperating.

Surgery was on his nose or nasal passages to correct a snoring problem. Sounds funny... but am sure that it is not because right about now he probably looks like someone has beat him about the nose and face repeatedly with a baseball bat.

I have yet to get enough information so that I could actually contact him but was at least able to learn that he should be through the surgery and home by now.

I'll pass along any useful information.
