I think Haren will regain his NL form and that Niemann might still be hurting a little in spite of throwing a simulated game five days ago.

Pitchers coming off the DL are my favorite go-against.

Rays do have a rested pen but I still think that the Angels will avoid the sweep on this hot So Cal afternoon and get to Niemann in the first five innings.

My MLB record is 0-0, I believe.

The other possibility, of course, is that Haren is really screwed up and that makes the over a viable thought. I'll play that for a little, too.

Obviously, the game is far from over, but I wondered if anyone knows of a database detailed enough to track pitchers in their first start off the DL.
