First of all let me give this bit of info up front....I subscribe to the basic 21.00 package thinking that it may help protect me from being hit. That being said:
When I got hit the other night I lost all 200's and 300's except for 204/CNN....BUT, I have audio on all of these channels, it's just the video that is down.
Is there some way that they are waiting for me to call and ask what happened to my subscribed channels to give them an opportunity to track the fact that I have a programmed card?
I have not contacted DirecTV yet. Can someone please advise as to the best route for me to take at this point.
