Eddie, do I detect a hint of guilt, or is it paranoia? I didn't say, nor imply, anything about "greedy lawyers"! I simply think the courts have better things to argue than whether or not a quadriplegic gets a lapdance. I work, daily, with people who are disabled and absolutely don't begrudge them free and open access to public establishments.
I do, however, think it's a little suspect to have three concurrent lawsuits initiated by one person who has problems with his disability. Let's be realistic! What's next? An ADA suit by a blind man who can't grope the dancers to see what they look like??
I've done a little more reading on the topic and find that this gentlemen didn't even advise the management of the establishment that he had a problem and they never had the opportunity to rectify the situation before he initiated his lawsuit! The courts should be the last resort of remedy, not the initial complaint.:nono:
