I made the switch to an Advantage Plan from Traditional Medicare. I get to keep my Doc which was all I cared about.

My wife has what you have, I have A, B, G. My supplement G is with Cigna. I can go anywhere I want in the country. The Cigna part costs me $163.09 per month. They cover all pre-existing if you signup at the beginning with no health check. My wife will go on the same plan once she turns 65.
My GF stayed with traditional. I will give it a run. My new girl says I can flip back mid year if I choose. We will see....Goes to 174 but hey we got a COLA.
