any body have oven problems please respond

ok searched every where my old hot point oven does flame on but dosent cook food yestrday 1.5 hours cooking at 375 degrees never got hot just warm with testing suace on spoon today niece tried heating up garlic texas toast same problem not getting hot you can put you hand in and not get burnt

sources online all say replace heating element which i did 14 years ago it wouldnt ignite at all

yes brolier works fine thats on top yes the top works fine all 4 burners so im waiting for someone here to confirm it's the ignighter or tomoory go ask appliance repair guys thanks :unsure:

If your heating element is broken, this will not allow your oven to heat up. To check if your this is the problem with your Hotpoint oven, just turn the oven on and see if the element turns red. If it does not, this is why your oven is not heating up.

seems like all seraches it's the igniter needs to be replaced just weird it does flame on but fuking does not get to temp set but the broiler works ?????
