Any book not require you to send in a copy of ID for withdrawal?

I was told that OLY and Matchbook require you to send in a copy of your ID for a withdrawal. I am not down with that.

What books don't require a copy of your ID for a withdrawal????

none require photo id and payouts take less than 15 minutes at all shops via neteller

i withdrew 9165.00 USD on 07.01.2007. from greek to neteller and was in my account within 34 minutes and have never ever given them a PHOTO ID
