Headed to town for the weekend and lookin' for a few ideas that aren't "Touristy" deals.....We have a business meeting Monday morning and will be leaving Tueday morning.
Already on the books unless otherwise talked out of:
1...Turtle races at Moe's Tavern Friday night
2...The Office Speakeasy Saturday 5 pm ( all other times were sold out)
3...Gene and Georgetti's One night for steaks (We're looking for something with an old school mafia vibe)
4...We're on the Keto Diet so we're going to Lou Malnati's for his sausage crust pizza
5...Sunday morning riverboat architecture tour
6...Want to catch some live blues but not in a cheesy Buddy Guys or Kingston Mines. Need some references for some old school blues bars where we may be teh only white folks in the joint.
7...Also, need a good seafood restaurant suggestion for dinner
8... A good sushi joint
Any and all other suggestions are welcomed.
Thanks in advance!
