not too hard to figure out if you follow ratings, seed and power numbers

unc > uconn
msu > nova

uconn 4.5 over msu
unc 7 over nova

thus

unc greater than 4.5 but less than 7 over msu

opening line of 5.5 sounds about right, let the bettors move it up or down a point
