I've typically found that doing any type of activity and cutting out junk food tends to produce exceptional results.

Just remember you are what you eat. When you wake up drink a room temp glass of water and eat two hard boiled eggs. Every morning.... your fattiest meal should be your first meal of the day... CARBS are not bad... and some carbs are easier to digest than others.... just don't eat carbs later on in the day and it's fine. Try not to eat salty foods.

Fattiest meal should be breakfast yet you advise to drink water and eat 2 hardboiled eggs ?

Not being rude here but seriously you are the VERY LAST PERSON on this forum who should be commenting on FUCKING FOOD/EXERCISE.

Your food posts are a cardiologists wet dream. Personally I have NEVER seen anyone eat the CRAP you post and do.

God knows you're 250-300 pounds !

TDFW try p90x or t25. It's not as hard as it looks as there is a modifier too.

I have them both. I could probably upload both digital copies for you to download.

I used to be and I want to be again. I just don't have the ambition to do so. If I would cut out the soda and the horrible eating habits I have acquired since changing jobs I'm sure I'd be happier with myself.

Yikes this escalated quickly!

I've always been active and played sports my entire life and basketball through college. But as I've gotten older I've actually started to care more about what I eat and the exercises I'm doing. I've learned the hardest part is educating myself on things to make/cook. I've cut out beer and soda, and lost 37 pounds from 6'4 252 to 217. Plus not eating junk daily and working out obv helps haha.

But I was interested if anyone here had some good meals or specific workouts they enjoy doing that have given them good results. Just something to throw into my current routine to mix it up because doing the same routine can get boring and increase chances of setbacks.

Thanks for the help. Even you, T
