Just remember you are what you eat. When you wake up drink a room temp glass of water and eat two hard boiled eggs. Every morning.... your fattiest meal should be your first meal of the day... CARBS are not bad... and some carbs are easier to digest than others.... just don't eat carbs later on in the day and it's fine. Try not to eat salty foods.
Fattiest meal should be breakfast yet you advise to drink water and eat 2 hardboiled eggs ?
Not being rude here but seriously you are the VERY LAST PERSON on this forum who should be commenting on FUCKING FOOD/EXERCISE.
Your food posts are a cardiologists wet dream. Personally I have NEVER seen anyone eat the CRAP you post and do.
God knows you're 250-300 pounds !

Water and two eggs are not breakfast you fukin retard. Just like I said your fattiest meal should be your first meal also known as breakfast  and because I eat tasty fatty foods means I'm over weight and unhealthy? You ignorant fuck. Don't you remember the pic I posted blowing smoke out of my nose from ice cream..... did it look like I was fat or even over weight ? For your info T urd Fresh I'm 5 11 194 and solid. Your nothing but this little pimple right around my choad area that just won't fukin go away. That's alright I hope I run into one of these days :0074
Yikes this escalated quickly!
I've always been active and played sports my entire life and basketball through college. But as I've gotten older I've actually started to care more about what I eat and the exercises I'm doing. I've learned the hardest part is educating myself on things to make/cook. I've cut out beer and soda, and lost 37 pounds from 6'4 252 to 217. Plus not eating junk daily and working out obv helps haha.
But I was interested if anyone here had some good meals or specific workouts they enjoy doing that have given them good results. Just something to throw into my current routine to mix it up because doing the same routine can get boring and increase chances of setbacks.
Thanks for the help. Even you, T
