Any neteller updates?

I have 1000 dollars or so with neteller which I had requested on Jan 19th.
Ive been patiently waiting and they keep telling that the money has been confiscated by the US government and they do not have any updates.
It seems like I will never see that money,I havent seen any thread since the long barrage. Does anyone have any updates

Have one here since Jan 16 still pending the worse part is I moved some into a book the same day with no problem.
The majority I wanted in my bank account that I figured to be the safest.:shrug:

In the same boat as you guys, have a pending from 1/15 and one from 1/18 for a total of 3200. I believe once all this is settled we will get our coin back, i am hoping for the best. i requested an eft on 1/12 and it showed in my bank, looks like we missed getting it already by just a couple days. :shrug:
