Most of the books make it very easy to deposit funds, but withdrawals are a different story. Still bitter from last years successful campaign when I had to pay $35 at Olympic and wait an eternity for my money from WSEX. It's tough enough eking out a profit in this business without having to worry about, or pay exorbitant fees, getting your money back.
Are there any recommendations out there for any books that will promptly and reasonably handle multi-$K withdrawals?
It seems like the few I have found have relatively low deposit limits. I usually move several $K at a time.
