Payouts have always been within 8 hours for me. I think I have accepted about 10 payouts give or take in my time there

Just saw this post. I have been playing at 1Vice since they have opened. In my opinion there is no better book out there. The customer service and bonuses are by far the best in the industry. I have sent many offshore books money over the years and I continue to stick with 1Vice because they do everything right. They also just recently added a rewards program where you get points for placing wagers.
I actually recently requested a large payout of $5,000 from them and I already have it. If you decide to sign up call ED or GRIFFIN. They always take great care of me. Send me a private message if you have any specific questions because I can go on and on.

hey guys i was just wondering from your perspective and experience what's the best book to wager with? From getting quick payouts 2 fair odds? I'm looking to leave my book after years and years of being good customer and had a very bad experience tonight over the dumbest disagreement.. I was making bets
all day on hockey at bodog. Lol and then I decided to make a bunch of bets on live betting thing that they have..long story short was i made a bunch of bets on the late Vancouver nhl game but after I made a few bets on the live betting I was curious about what happened if you bet a.team to score next and nobody scored after the game so I sent an email to the customer service department and they didn't answer me at all so I called the toll free number and got some lady that sounded like she was phillipino and i asked her this specific question.. She tells me that it's considered no action. I said well ok that's good because I just wanted to clarify before I bet since theres still 15 minutes or so in the third period of the game. Low and behold I make the bet and it's a loss an my account. So I call back and get another lady and after explaining everything to her she says that from the notes of the last conversation was that I specifically asked the question that what would happen if I made a net and the game stopped.. And then the lady said no action.. I was like Wtf? Why would anyone call and ask such a dumb question? If a game stopped!! Omg.. Lol.. So after asking her to talk to her associate she agreed and put me on hold for another 10 minutes and then she came back and told me that the girl that I spoke to was on break and could not talk to her at that point but she spoke to her supervisor about her and he actually went to listen to the call because all the calls are apparently recorded and admitted that the apologize if they are truly sorry that I got some bad information from the lady that I talked to you and agreed to give me back half of my bet to my account so I just agreed to that because I don't think that I could reason anymore with them and thanked her for trying her best and just doing her job but fuck.. Seriously the actually build up the conversation on a recording and listen to it and admitted that she said that there would be no action and have evidence of that instill screw me for a shitty amount of money. Like really? Absolutely terrible..

Thanks again IE! I went to 1VICE site and looks "confusing" compared to my old book makers site. On left hand side they have football listed like 8 times with different drop downs. They mix props, season bets, NCAA/Arena football and NFL under just "football" and it just "seems" confusing. Anyone else notice this on 1VICE?

IE- Spoke with Griffin and just like you said- he was awesome to deal with! I have my account set up and they are a pleasure to deal with- Customer service is like no other online account I have ever had- GREAT GUYS!! I highly recommend using them as a long time MadJacker!
