Any web developers out there???

I am building a web page at work today and having a few problems/questions. Did this 2 years ago for a company I was working for but had Microsoft Frontpage and I am doing this one from scratch just using some color palletes I dug up and HTML. I have got a good start on it. Had a few questions to ask if anyone could help.
