Anybody else getting these weird letters/hieroglyphics when posting

Anybody else getting this sort of stuff when you are trying to post something?

When I hit on a "smiley" or hit the "return button" I get this weird hieroglyphics kind of thing.......

I just hit the "facepalm" emoji and all this "gobblygook" instantly pops up.

Maybe it is only glitched when you use a laptop/computer? Or maybe only on certain web browsers:shrug:
