i haven`t heretofore noticed any comment on this fight in the forum....i put him in a parlay with dirrell and oeterson...

i`m sure kirilov`s a good boxer..i`ve read that he`s the more complete fighter...but,the dearth of power has to be an issue...
i`m thinking that most guys that can`t keep darchinyan honest, usually get walked down...

have to admit i haven`t seen kirilov, and this is more of a boxrec wager....

any opinions?....

I used Vic-185 in a parlay with Clottey. Both are an uphill battle as Zab and the Russian are quite capable.

I bet BIG on Vic at -200 and -215. I wish I had jumped on -175 but I thought the odds might head in the other direction.

Kirilov is a pretty decent boxer with NO power. Darchinyan eats these guys up.

Good luck.

I see some value in Kirilov to be honest. The Darchinyan invincibililty aura has been cracked. The Ruskie, not a big puncher, true but he's a tough little dude that won't be intimidated with some excellent experience against southpaws, knows how to counterpunch and he's never fought below 115 and has fought at 118 so might not be bullied as much as you think. Should be a good one. A tough opponent for Darch IMO.

Without a doubt Vic is in tough. But isn't this at least good for a sport infected with bullshit from pillar to post? Problem here is I repect both of your opinions, so we have what should be a competetive fight, with Vic taking a close decision.

Kirilov is one tough cookie, but he is slow and can be hit

donaire was just so much faster than darchinyan

i think this will be a close grueling battle, with darchinyan stopping kirilov late on cuts or the corner throwing in the towel

great fight though...just my take

you could be 100% right......it`s a blind duck on my part....and i`m not a huge vic fan..

i think what swayed me was all the recent close decisions kirilov`s been ibvolved in since he started fighting a better class of opponent..

this write up pushed me over the edge

my parlay is a 3 pronged parlay yielding me a 2-1 return,i have one leg in already and i like my last play...

maybe i`ll just hedge a bit on kirilov...

Victoria's Secret
remember little Gabi hung in with Vic until the 10th or 11th until he got caught with that left

and that was Vic's showtime debut

Diosdado Gabi is a LITTLE DUDE like Burgos size

I caught Vic at -185. A lot of people thought Kirilov lost his last fight. In fact, he has a few close decisions, where judges might have been favoring him. He doesn't have a lot of power and can be hit.

good..that article that i posted that said that navarro was hitting kirilov with everything infuenced me...and hearing this is encouraging...

so,with lujan getting most of us off on the good foot this week, and it not being a big parlay,i`ll probably let it ride...

thanks for the info...

is kirilov standing in a hole?....that looks like more than an inch/inch and a half difference...

darchinyan moves up a weight class and looks this much bigger than his opponent?..

maybe it`s the photo....but fightwriter even made mention of this apparent difference in size...

should be an interesting fight...looking forward to seeing kirilov..
