Anybody else have Canbet screw them.

Went on their site to check a futures bet i had on the Ravens to win the conference.

Saw that Canbet graded the bet as a loss.
Have not been able to get with them to talk about it but looks like they graded it well after the internet gambling BS that is happening.
I had checked it around Thansgiving and it stiil was a live bet then.
No reason to grade it as a loss other than ensure that they won't have to pay.
I've had no emails or calls from them explaining the cancelation.

Thanks for the reply.
I got through to a live internet operator who told me that the bet was graded a loss incorrectly but they could not reset the bet to an open status.
She said that the bet is still live but will continue to show a loss until the bet is decided one way or the other.
I asked her for some other confirmation other than a live chat conversation ..say like an email , but she said that this was the best that she could do.
I copied the text of the conversation as at least some proof of their position.
Will let it go at that for now.
