Any advice about the area you would like to offer?

I plan to move down there in January.

I hear there are tons of call center jobs in the Fort Lauderdale /West Palm beach area that pay $18 an hour plus commission. supposedly these jobs are easy to get too.

So I was thinking about going down there and buying a little boat and hitting up the Florida Keys in spare time catching Mahi Mahi and free diving for Lobsters (during Lobster season)

I would recommend Victoria Park area of Ft. Lauderdale. It's a beautiful area and the housing is more affordable than other areas of the city, yet you are still within walking distance to the beach/A1A. I don't know anything about "call center jobs", but the Las Olas area is nearby with many trendy shops and restaurants. You can work in retail or tend bar there to supplement the sports betting paid selections gig. GL with your pursuits!
