you fail to grasp the power of the uc davis football program. they only lost to south dakota st., powerhouse stephen f. austin, and perenial power eastern washington. in their finale, they annihilated northern colorado 24-14 to tie for the gwfc title (whatever that is). however, there is no conference tiebreaker to decide the league champion.
