Anyone had problems getting a payout from mybookie.ag?

Its been 12 days since they said it was approved. Originally they were going to wire it, I went to the bank and sent them all of the international wire information. 5 days later they call me and say they are going to ACH it. 3 days later they call me and tell me the wire has been approved. 4 days later they email me and tell me the ACH has been approved and check my account in 4 days. 4 days later they call and say the ACH has been denied (because my bank doesnt accept international ACH).

Still not a penny. They are supposed to have 5 moneygram transfers ready for me to pick up by 5pm today, We will see. I am ready for this pain in the ass to be over. with

Also it was sent as a domestic ACH however my bank never saw it attempted yet mybookie.ag swears it was denied. Would be nice if they were as prompt sending money as receiving it...

The books use payment processors for payments in and out. It's a 3rd party so they don't have total control and there are hoops to jump through.

To be fair, it seems like an issue with your bank and their payment processing policies.

My bank verified that they did not see any ACH or wire attempts and definitely did not deny any.

Turns out mybookie processed the ACH as domestic not international and my bank still didnt see it.

Its resolved now, they sent me 5 separate moneygrams to pay out the balance.

Once I got to a manager things start going much smoother.
