Although I have not researched every game that you have posted, here are my thoughts:
Buffalo @ Ohio U
I listened to the Ohio-Uconn game and Ohio really did not play that bad of a game. Bobcats had the Huskies for much of the game and really self destructed in the 2nd half. Once the Cats get behind they really lack a passing game to come back, but they may not need this vs Buffalo. I have yet to see Buffalo play and I really can't give u that much info on the team. I would lean the Cat's way in Peden Stadium.
Duke @ Navy
What a rotten game, Navy is miserable in the favorites role, but can you trust Duke? Duke has definitly played the better schedule and you would think they would be able to hang with the Midshipmen but in a game of two bad teams turnovers will more than likely determine the outcome. Currently I am passing this game.
Nebraska @ Iowa State
Huskers have owned the Cyclones for years, but this Nebraska team has serious problems on both sides of the ball. I recall a few years ago the Huskers had a team that was below there standards and alot of folks were calling for the Cyclones to win outright (including Herbstreit) and Nebraska covered by 14. I think that was Crouch's frosh or soph year. Tough game to call, Huskers have the better athletes but seem to have alot of turmoil on the defensive side. If Iowa State gets up early this game could get ugly. Slight lean Iowa State, more than likely a pass for me.
Kent State @ Northern ILL
Should be a good offensive game that will be a close game. Kent has a pathetic defense, but Cribbs is a hard qb for a defense to get ready for., his speed cannot be duplicated in practice. I have not played this game yet, but Kent +7 or better looks good.
East Carolina @ WVU
ECU is still adjusting to their new QB, Garrard was there forever and there offense so far has not been up to par. WVU has a solid offense but their defense was like a sieve vs Cinci. Tough game to call I will have to look at it more closely.
TTech @ New Mexico
Hopefully the Raiders will not have a let down off their emotional loss to NC State. New Mexico has some issues in their backfield with alot of injuries.
Memphis @ UAB
I have not seen UAB this year, they gave Pitt a decent game then got punked by one of the Louisiana U schools. UAB is usually decent at home, but I would have to say Memphis or pass for this game.
