I no longer live close to friends and family and I use it a lot for fantasy leagues, send $ to family for the holidays/etc, and I currently use it to pay my utilities. I'm an investor in my brothers business and the 3% fee is totally worth the convenience(which means I can be lazy).

The reason I ask is I use it for a lot. Do you think with the 21st century and things almost seemingly becoming digital across the board, would sportsbooks ever adopt this?

The law is setup to prohibit the transfer of money offshore to sportsbooks for the purpose of sports gambling. Sportsbooks have such high volume that red flags would go up and they would get shut down.

The way to go is Bitcoin, that's definitely the way of the future.
