Hawaii +4 at Louisiana Tech

5PM game

I'm sure Louisiana Tech wants revenge for the 81-61 beating they got in Hawaii a month ago but Hawaii's playing pretty good ball now.

Hawaii: 5-1 ATS on the road, shooting 47% from the field and 46% from the arc in their L5. The Rainbows have won 9 of their L10 SU and covered in 8 of L10.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Super,
To tell you the truth on this game. I think the best bet is to pass. Hawaii beat Tech up pretty well at home. But Tech also played horrible, the long tripped showed and they just couldn't do jack all night (trust me, I had tech that night :) ) Anyways Hawaii has been jeckyl/hyde on road and yes they are hot but ya never know what you will get. You can find much better value on todays board...

ie Arizona State;)

HAWAII has been one of the (few) bright spots I have had lately. However, even tho they have been playing good ball lately, especially on the road, i think today will be a pass. I dont care for the starting time in that hostile environment. They got a big win, what was it, Thurs. nite as 3-4 point dogs. Going 1-1on this road trip will probably still have them going home in good shape. THE HITMAN

As Bryanz stated, Hawaii left the islands a day earlier and was really focused on SMU so time difference wont be a factor. But revenge will be as LAT lost by 20 @ Hawaii. Another factor is whether Hawaii was looking for a split rather then a 2 game road sweep. If this is their mental state, then Hawaii will get creamed.

This is exactly how I initially felt all week and had planned to pass the game. But, the more I thought about it, the more I believe Hawaii will win. First, the team is together and has some key veterans who won't let it get to their heads. Secondly, Hawaii has set some goals (ranking and big dance) they want very badly to accomplish and a win in Ruston will go a long ways for them. Third, Hawaii plays good defense and has been consistently shooting great esp. the 3's.

Won't bet the farm but will put some small change on them. Call it a hunch.
