I have no change and didn't lose taste when I had Covid. My wife lost her taste for a couple weeks and my son lost his taste for about 6 months.

Above the Clouds....
This seemed to have happened in the last few months. We stopped for lunch yesterday at a good restaurant and nothing really appealed to me.
Idk we both had a mild case of Covid 2 years ago so hard to believe it's related to that.

I just had Covid last week......3rd time altogether. Never impacted my ability to taste or smell. My neighbor still has foods she won't eat because the flavor changed after Covid.

I haven't had Covid, so I don't know. My wife lost both her sense of taste and sense of smell during her short bout with Covid but got them back fully in about two weeks.

Had bad Covid a year ago. The slightest amount of salt is off putting and where I used to love sweets they are also amplified.

I've heard some people say their sense of taste changed during and after COVID. It's interesting how our perception of flavors can be affected. But the good news is, it might also be an opportunity to explore different tastes. If you ever want to see if there's been a shift in your taste buds, you could visit an Irish cafe to savor some unique Irish flavors and see how they compare to your pre-COVID experiences. Taste tests can be quite the culinary adventure!

No, I haven't really noticed a change in how food tastes for me. During Covid, I actually lost my sense of taste for a couple of weeks, which was quite a strange experience. Fortunately, it gradually returned, and everything seems to be as it was before. I'm still enjoying my favorite dishes and flavors, especially. However, post-Covid, I did notice that my overall immunity and health status took a hit. So, I've decided to take a more proactive approach to my diet. I'm adding more organic natural foods to it, aiming for a better balance. Hoping this change will help me get the right supply of vitamins, and amino acids, and improve my overall well-being while staying in good physical shape.
