No, I haven't really noticed a change in how food tastes for me. During Covid, I actually lost my sense of taste for a couple of weeks, which was quite a strange experience. Fortunately, it gradually returned, and everything seems to be as it was before. I'm still enjoying my favorite dishes and flavors, especially. However, post-Covid, I did notice that my overall immunity and health status took a hit. So, I've decided to take a more proactive approach to my diet. I'm adding more
organic natural foods to it, aiming for a better balance. Hoping this change will help me get the right supply of vitamins, and amino acids, and improve my overall well-being while staying in good physical shape.
