Paypal customer service = crap.
Sometime last year I had to upgrade my account to premier in order to handle the overflow from an NCAA pool I ran. However now whenever I get payouts or deposits, I still get charged 2.5% or whatever it is as a premier account.
Anyone know if you can switch from a premier back to a personal account? Or can you close a premier account and reopen a personal with all the same info?
