The Falcons declined the 15 yd personal foul and accepted the 10 yard penalty, which was assessed at the end of the run. Um, I am not a math whiz, but wasn't that kinda dumb? Had it been assessed from the spot of the foul, and it moved the Giants back MORE than 15 yards, then yes. But otherwise, Atlanta coach needs to go back and finish 2nd grade arithmetic.
