I originally liked vmi +7 in this game.....but not any longer.
I am "OFF" the vmi +7 over APPALACHIAN STATE play.
SOMETHING AIN'T KOSHER IN THE SYNAGOGUE.
Would somebody tell Vegas that two cons can play the same game.
There is no earthly reason why APP ST should be giving 7 points in this game. This game looks much too easy in favor of the dog.
Look at the matchup.

Possible Hidden Statistic----In their history of recent meetings, these two teams are 2-2. Although there are no posted lines, Appalachian State won both times on their home court BY MORE THAN 7 POINTS.
In APP STATE'S last 8 games, they have only been favored once. Last week, they were a 7' pt. home fav to Western Carolina and APP STATE had their ass handed to them, 71-79, losing to the number by 15' points.
Why would they be favored tomorrow when VMI has just covered their last three games?
I realize the ats road performance stats greatly favor VMI, and even though I believe those are vital, Vegas is a master at deception.
In addition to learning how to handicap a game, we also have to learn how to handicap public perception.
I think this matchup is the Classic Vegas Con.
I'm definitely off this game, but I'm very, very interested in the outcome.
One last tidbit.....
This game mirrors last Saturday's matchup between KANSAS STATE -1 vs. Iowa State.
Anyone get burned on that one?
