I'm not a member of the Jeff Francis fan club, but thiis line seems more appealing than a cigarette after a 3am mishap at Denny's. Royals had the better pre-season in virtually every category and the angels sucked vs L in '010. Both clubs--no surprise--greatly prefer home turf. Not sure how Thursday's might affect but even more than a Royals win I'd like to see 'em bag some runs, maybe at least 4...if so then you can upgrade this play from an extra play to an Extra play, if yaknowhatimean (and, if so, then please share).

Line drop on sox will get me squarin' up on day two, if that's what it is. Lester had the much better spring and he looks more than possible, here, vs the overachieving Wilson, who's xERA of '10 shows he got some breaks last year. Tex hit better this spring than bost, and enjoy the home, but they were pretty grim vs L last year (OPS .718 vs .772 vs R).

Lind cheaper than Jays. Both prefer home and both had good springs, with Cuddyer at .385 and Lind at .415, and with some power--good sign. Lind totally more productive vs R than L and he's gone 6-for-18 vs Pavano with some extras while Cuddyer has a single in 9 trips vs Romero, who's also much better at home.

I think that Lucifer was a relief pitcher before the change of occupations.
