One thing I find interesting about his failing is that it was a t to e ratio. They didn't mention anything about anabolics. I know for a fact that at different times when I test my ratios are way out of wack. My E dips down very low and causes my ratio to become that way. This may be because of some things I've done in the past but it still happens.

He may have been on test but he didn't get popped for the things that I would have thought he was doing.
