Animals die every day at human hands. It's how most of us eat. You just don't normally have someone post videos of another being dying. Do I think for a minute this guy was hankering for moose? Not at all.
I have a friend who hunts and fishes to fill his freezer. I have no issue with that. At the same time, when I ask him how he did this week, he often tells me he was shut out. I'll say, "You saw no deer"? And he replies, "None worth shooting".
He has trail cam photos of a couple of huge sows, and THOSE are the deer he wants to kill. That lets me know it is no longer about filling the freezer, but rather filling the wall. I think that brings you into the 'killer' field, rather than being a hunter.
Just my opinion.
Very humane harvest, and I?m quite sure that moose will fill a freezer. Would you rather a video of the cows and pigs you eat be shown?
Joker use to tell me rifle hunters (for deer) were pussies and that bow hunting at least made it a challenge and real hunting. Is that no longer your opinion? How could that have been any more humane? The moose didn?t even know it has been mortally wounded.
Where do you get the idea he is just killing for fun? He wasn?t dancing around on top of the moose and dust pumping. He was very respectful.
