I know it's Baylor but it will be interesting to see what he can do. I personally love the hire for them. I expect him to get some players that Baylor hasn't been getting since the SWC.

yeah i also think it's a great hire...briles is a very innovative coach & hopefully he'll inject some positive energy into the program...
I'm a student at UofH right now. I'm not suprised he jumped to join Big12. I'm hoping we can now get Major Applewhite here in Houston.
There are a lot of Tx high school football coaches who are rooting for Art to do well. I think he will get all the help he needs and more.
what about Applewhite coming to LSU should Crowton go to Arkansas. He went to high school in Baton Rouge..
imo applewhite needs head coaching experience before a school like lsu would consider him...
