That "offsides" call that went against the Tarheels last night was such a kick in the gut. I know that the odds are we wouldn't have won the game anyway, but to not have the chance to tie it up after we earned it really leaves an empty feeling in the pit of my stomach. The guys didn't play their best game but they never stopped trying......

I was pulling for the Tarheels also. If they would have won, it's likely two Big Ten teams would have made the playoff!. Although Clemson might have still snuck in.:shrug:

It would have been nice to see how it would have shaken things up. I really have no idea what the ref on the 35 yard line was looking at. Sigh

Damages the games integrity....there was no off-sides but someone needed that call.

The ref had to have an agenda. He saw what he wanted to see, and it was obvious to everyone that no one was even close to being off sides. They call it bias; the reason I can't say for sure, but it was probably one of 2 things; he's bias himself, or he was doing it for another cause. or both. He should be banned from calling games anymore.
