Hudson Valley area.....NY
Went to my church but they had a schedule for giving out ashes. You have to attend a mass before you get them. The NY Catholics churches would have a priest sitting on the alter and as you come into the church would distribute ashes . So this morning at around 8.00 am they weren't giving out ashes until 10.00 am So I went into the " grotto " and put $20 bucks in the candle box and lite 5 candles and said a prayer for my parents and sister. Not sure who is the patron saint of gambling but I needed him after last nights picks got zero spiritual hints. So no ashes no lite candles and prayers still going to play these games..
So bama +2 over Tex St ****
Not sure if I can go to the game. Its my grandaughters birthday and they are having a pizza party for her. Think I can sneak out since the game starts at 7 . So Bama is coming off a +40 win over UL Monroe and Tex st lost on the road the other day. also last time they played at home lost that last second layup at the buzzer to ODU. Both teams play good defense but even though Harrell is back at full strength Bobcats can't score on offense . Bobcats did win 1st game at Bama by 6, 64-58.

So Miss -1.5 over ODU ***
So Miss is the top team in the Sun.
UL Laf -14.5 over Ark St **
Troy -5 over UL Monroe **
St Johnnies -2 over Georgetown **
Vermont -14 over SUNY Binghamton **
Fordham -2 over Loy Chi **
None of these games have been blessed and two of these teams are run by the Catholic organizations Fordham and St Johns by Johnnies are going against G- Town which is a Jesuit school . Ken pom next year will have a category breaking down the ats records of Jesuits, Holy Cross, Franciscans Dominicans , Christian Brothers etc vs each other and vs those Protestants heathens and non believers and worse those Public institutions.. mea culpa

Box, Love the last paragraph! My life was rough from the getgo bc my strict Roman Catholic Father married a Methodist Protestant Heathen! Old School Priest would only marry them if she agreed kids would be raised Catholic. She obliged. He barely ever spoke to her. Don't think the guy would fare well in 2023 with how things are now? Anyway, Riding with you on Vermont and South Bama. Good Luck=ICx36:
