Ashes 3rd Test

I will be posting my views and any recommendations after news of the toss or after the morning session.

I would like meet up with any of you Aussie boys that live in Melbourne or Sydney and want to enjoy a beer after any of the days play from Melbourne or Sydney. I will be in attendence at both test matches.

During the Melbourne Test I will be at Melbourne's Premier Sportsbar - THE TURF CLUB, on a couple of evening and will be digging into some breakfast tucker at the Lower House Bar.

I fly onto Sydney late Saturday 30th Dec in time to take in the New Year Celebrations at the Dalton House which is at Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont Point. During the evenings of the 5th Test I will be at the Empire Hotel.


If you dont mind some good old English banter and enjoy a drink, come along.

I won't be able to get to either Test, but maybe another time.

As for the 3rd Test. Mahmood and Panesar have replaced Anderson and Giles.

Will be going in on thedraw again at the $4 looking to lay off at some stage in the match.

WACA games over the last few years have seen some early wickets so may look to lay the Aussies as well if they get back to the $1.58

Here's hoping for a contest at some stage of the match

At around 190-6 on got on England and the draw....1.85....

Had to endure a big loss with one of the wagers, but believing in England with the inclusion of Panesar in the team I was able to cover my losses and make substantial gains.

AUSTRALIA MADE 244 RUNS

Thats a loss of 251 runs @ 1/10th unit = 25.1 units lost


Sold Australia's first innings runs at 460 for 1/5th of a unit. Thats a profit of 43.2 units.
