Updated record will be posted later...

Atl O10 (-110)..."Horrible" Horacio Ramirez takes on one of the worst starters in baseball, Matt McKinney. OK, I'm being too hard on Horacio as he is only a rookie and seems to have a bright future, IMO. None-the-less, I smells a shootout. Both pitchers aloow far too many baserunners and both offenses are explosive with guys who can hit the 3-run HR....RISK 550 to win 500.

Ana (+151)...Anaheim has been awful and going down the tubes quickly. They can kiss the post-season goodbye. Lackey bites. Suppan much better pitcher, has pitched great of late. This play makes no f'n sense and that's why I like it. I can't see a damn reason to NOT play the Sox. Wait, actually here's a reason and a damned good one: AGAINST THE PUBLIC, BA-BY!!!!!!!!!!!! ...RISK 331.13 to win 500.

Maybe a later play....but all for now.

ADDED PLAY:

KC (+201)....OK, how can you NOT like a team with as much heart as KC? This team has been decimated due to injury but play their hearts out (As evidenced last night)....Sure, Chicago has Estaban Loaiza, who pitched well in KC last time BUT remember, he is only lifetime (3-3) 6.38 vs. the Royals so 2 straight good outings in unlikely. To get 2:1 odds is a steal and I'm jumping in on it, risking 500 to win 1005. Take the (29-23) road team with more heart and fight in them.

Here's your lineups:

LAST PLAY...

LA DODGERS -1.5 (-114)...Hey, gotta like KB at Home vs. a team he's handled in the past. Brown is 7-2 with a 1.95 ERA in 11 games against Cincinnati. Graves can be pesky when he wants to as he is 3-0 with a 2.31 ERA in 16 games against Los Angeles but LA knows they need to pick up the pace and beat the teams they ARE SUPPOSED TO if they expect to see the post season and it MUST START NOW. Risk 570 to win 500.

Recap, a painful (1-3) -$881.13 ( roughly 8.8 units)
YTD: (15-14) +1,122.15

2 one-run losses, the Anaheim game was a heartbreaker as +151 dogs jumped up 5-0 and inevitably John Lackey's garbage-a$$ sh!t the lead away THEN SOME in ONE INNING!

The White Sox loss was not as devestating as they blew a 1-run lead and fell back 5-1 and made a c*ck-tease 9th inning comeback. I rode this game off after 5-1 so it was not as painful as the Angels loss. And besides, what can you really expect from +201 dogs?

The Atlanta over 10 died early as the Braves were mystified by Matt "Cy Young" Kinney, who held them hitless through 3+ innings and they were off the board until the 6th inning and the best closer in the game (sarcasm, of course), Danny Kolb, slammed the door on them in the 9th. Gutless effort by the Braves, props to those who took the Brew Crew ML, +155 or so payoff.

Thanks GOD for LA, my lone salvation of the night. They fell behind 2-0 in the 3rd and I rolled my eyes in frustration thinking, "here I go again, more BS...0-4 and down a TON." But they fought back and I like having Gagne in to protect a -1.5 lead.

I'll be up in the forum to hopefully get some of them $$$$ back,
