I spoke to a good bud last night. He's currently in Calgary, Alberta. He told me of one of his kids getting stopped in a car, while with someone else. Because the two don't live together, apparently, the were each issued a $1,000 fine.

Best confirming evidence I could fine was something like this:

Isn't life great?
